About
Street Health will be joining at Wellness Wednesdays, a community health & resources fair located at Bethany Baptist Church in Chesapeake. We will be providing a variety of services to interested community members, including basic screenings such as blood pressure and A1C; connecting people to care at ACC or HOPES; and providing patient health education.
We will be having 2 shifts, one from 2:00-4:30pm and one from 4:30-7:00pm. Students from any year are welcome to volunteer; we would love to have senior clinical students present at each shift, which is why there is a separate signup below for those students. A physician will also be present for anything out of our scope. If you have any questions, please contact Maddie Miles at milesmr@evms.edu.

- Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
- Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.
