Mental health was identified as a community need in 2019. This pathway was created to meet that need with 3 new initiatives: Revive, Health & Justice, and Beat of My Heart.
Revive focuses on the opioid epidemic, naloxone administration, and addiction treatment in the healthcare setting.

Health & Justice focuses on the health disparities experienced by incarcerated or previously-incarcerated individuals and the impacts on their families.
Beat of My Heart focuses on improving the mental health of children and teens hospitalized at CHKD's Cancer & Blood Disorders Center through music and dance classes with the goal of reducing rates of readmission.
