“Tell Me More” Initiative

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Student volunteers will visit patient rooms with a blank “Tell Me More” poster and assist patients in completing the questions. These posters will be displayed in the patients' rooms so that nursing staff and providers can easily see meaningful information about their patients that might not otherwise be discussed. The goal is to foster more personal conversations between healthcare workers and patients. We will meet at the SNGH lobby before going to the different locations.
